1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Team names, player names or numbers, game details, narration text, and stat edits.
• Account or profile information you provide, if any.

Information collected through device permissions

• Microphone access, used to capture live game narration.
• Speech Recognition access, used to convert narration into text.

We use this data to generate and update game stats.

Authentication data

If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier and, if shared, email.

Technical data

We collect basic service logs for security, debugging, and reliability, such as request IDs and timestamps.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide core app features, including recording narration, generating stats, and managing teams, games, and seasons.
• Improve model performance and reliability.
• Secure accounts and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support requests.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with service providers that process data on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and database providers, including AWS, and AI or stat processing providers used by CourtScribe features. These providers are contractually limited to providing services for us.

4. Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed to provide the app and for legitimate business purposes, including security, compliance, and dispute resolution, unless you request deletion where applicable.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Disable Microphone or Speech Recognition permissions in iOS Settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us at privacy@codepress.biz.

6. Children's Privacy

CourtScribe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. International Transfers

If you use CourtScribe outside the country where our services are hosted, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above.
